Good budget hotel in Trichy. The staff was cordial and the location was right on the main road so it was not difficult to locate. The breakfast was too good, really enjoyed the south Indian breakfast here and the coffee was excellent. Rooms had clean linen but the floor was a little dusty and should have been cleaned hence didn't give 5 *

Stayed on September 25 Service was very poor and staff"s are just managing without providing proper services.

I booked the rooms for our relatives and they mentioned they had a wonderful experience at BKS. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, staff members were delightful and helpful. BKS have a restaurant also and the food was so yummy. Very polite supply staffs.They even have a roof top restaurant, and we can enjoy dinner with a nice view. I highly recommend this hotel for my friends and colleagues! ***SPECIAL MENTION TO THE RECEPTIONIST*** I find her very kind,polite,helpful,attentive and co-operative.

No TV Only one water bottle given vas complimentary. Very bad experience . I will never recommend for anyone.

Room Okk..one request water provideing properly..

The room is full of mosquitoes and service is pathetic. We booked a room with complementary breakfast but the food is not edible at all. We went @ 9 am but there was no one present in the restaurant after a few minutes a person came and told us that they were preparing food. I think, the idly batter was at least a week old, we tried egg dosa and coffee. We left both as is after tasting it as they are not cooked well and the dosa batter seems very old. Room service will not be able to deliver even water bottles, a pathetic customer experience.

Pranav T is the best receptionist. He is so friendly, kind and helpful. We need people like him in every organisation

I have stayed in this hotel while check out the hotel reception lady demaned for extra cash that we have checked out one hour late so you have to pay extra cash they dint gave us any intimation about the check out time i have booked three rooms i have paid for extra charge also and i asked for bill that lady told that printer is not working we will watsup you the bill but she sent the bill for only one room and the extra cash which they had demanded that amount also not in the bill while i asked there was a rude behavior from the hotel reception lady side Very worst service i have ever faced. For a Happy and for mind peaceful people usually travel and will check in a hotel rooms in that situation in hotel the management fails to keep their customer happy that trip will end in very bad way and the hotel will also lose their customers. So try to learn how to keep their customers happily and satisfaction. Very worst service and management
