Hotel Biswanath - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

This time when I happened to visit Guwahati, I happened stayed at this hotel. My stay was quiet well, since I travelled in my car i needed a parking which was available, which other many hotels could not provide. It is at a convenient location near to railway station where restaurants and transport service is also easily accessible. Two things that I did not like about the hotel was staff or the receptionist did not provide correct information about local tour. The other is that the rooms and toilets should be cleaned after the guest checks out, so that the next guest gets a clean rooms and toilets.

Room of the Hotel is avarage one. cleanliness is not as expected. Front desk manager is a good person. Only reason to book this property is its proximity to Guwahati railway station.

Staff behaviour was good. Nice location and food was good .

We have stayed in this hotel a few times very convenient to station and airport. Earlier staff were very good nd kind even the guys who assist us to the rooms . But our recent experience was very very disappointing. The so called manager was sleeping on a bed in the reception area he did not even have the courtesy to sit or wake and talk he spoke with his eyes closed not bothered about the guests. At first he said there is a room when we inquired details he tells his staff in front of us to tell us there is no room vacant. It was very humiliating and that is not the way you treat ur guests your when people come looking for ur hotel to stay in u should in return be happy and give proper hospitality. We are paying for our stay. The last time we stayed the assistance were really really nice and kind to us knowing we come often but this person has really given a bad impression to your hotel We felt really disappointed. We have always recommended people we know travelling to gty to live in your hotel but not anymore . Please be polite and atleast talk to the guest properly

we two friends were staying at Hotel Biswanath and very much happy with all facilities, location, Behaviour and cleanliness. Recommend all will family and friends can staying there.

It was a very good experience of mine to stayed few nights at Biswanath hotel. I will be grateful to stay few more nights in Biswanath again.

Service is good but the room was stinking. I booked for 3 people but the bed or the room was too small for 3 person. Two can stay comfortably.

The accommodations are new and tidy,and we stayed there for four days.Everything is in order.We had a fantastic time travelling.
