Neat and clean. Staffs are humble and are like ready to understand guests. Good quality fresh foods. Maintains necessary basic rules which we usually expect in a good family hotel. I along with my family booked rooms there for couple of times, left my 5k smartwatch there once, but the cleaning staffs returned that to me without asking! What else do we wish to have for our money.. Any Electrical issues, just make a call and they will respond within a practical time.. Only thing that might be a matter of negetive aspect for some people is overall, I mean service/food/rooms altogether might appear a bit too expensive for a hotel in city like RPH..

This is the best place one can visit. I had visited this place recently. I had a very pleasant stay, the staff here is very supportive and helps and guide you for anything and everything. The taste of the food is very delicious, next time I travel to Kolkatta this place is definitely gonna be there on my to visit list. The rooms here a very fabulous. It's my personal recommendation you shall definitely visit this place once!

Been there with my friends for celebrating my birthday party. I couldn't be more stunned! The staff members good and the food was awesome . Overall we had a fantastic time and I recommend people to give a visit ;)

Worst restaurant, yesterday we four person visited for the lunch, after placing the order, asked politely the waiter that how long it would take to get ready, he said approx 20 min, but it was getting late and late, asked the waiter again after 40 min but they keep telling meal is getting. we were hurry bcoz we had some important work in the court. almost after one hour some snacks served at the table but main course was not. finally we called the supervisor and asked for the cancellation of the main course but he refused. he didn't listen proper complain and didn't even apologize for the delay. Manager came and cancelled the remaining order. Highly recommend the Restaurant to maintain the serving time and if in case of delay then apolosize to the guest. I won't recommend any of my friend to visit this unprofessional restaurent.

Room size is very small according to the price and market rate in West Bengal. Infact the rate is little high here. All other services are perfect and promptly taken care by staffs.

Its great experienced yesterday in Hotel Birbhum International. We enjoyed the the second home experience. All the people's behaviour were excellent. The restaurant Roof Top ambience was so nice.Though we had experience ground floor Restaurant bt not the Roof Top.Really Roof Top is amazing. Special thanks to @Tanmay da
