* NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY. * The rooms are very very small, * Not even a single window or ventilation thus very suffocating. * The blankets provided were full of dust and seemed unwashed since a long time. * The staff initially did not provide complimentary water bottle. They agreed to provide 1 bottle a day later. * Also the road to the hotel is very narrow and seemed unsafe at night for solo female travellers. * The owner was very polite while we booked the room online but was extremely rude and was literally shouting over the call when we complained about the room condition instead of upgrading his service. * The 5 star reviews provided looks fake. I would recommend to search for other hotels which are closer to golden temple.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, especially due to the owner's indifferent attitude: Tiny Rooms: Uncomfortably small rooms without windows or ventilation made the stay less than ideal. Dirty Blankets: Unclean blankets added to the discomfort, reflecting poor cleanliness standards. Initial Amenity Refusal: Basic amenities, like a water bottle, required persistent follow-up - not the service expected. Unsafe Surroundings: The narrow, seemingly unsafe road raised safety concerns, especially for solo female travelers. Owner's Unprofessionalism: Despite being polite during booking, the owner's shocking response, shouting over the phone, emphasized a disregard for customer concerns, stating he's only interested in business. Questionable Reviews: The credibility of 5-star reviews comes into question after such an indifferent experience. The owner, who was polite when we booked, became really rude when we complained about the room. Shouted at us over the phone.

Nice property centrally located in town. The owner and staff are very polite and cooperative. Its just a basic hotel with reasonable tariff and value for money.

I don't like the stay here. Couldn't sleep properly. Room was very small. I don't like the value for money. All reviews are not genuine. Ac cooling is very avg. Ceiling was so low, that no place for ceiling fan. So they hanged a fan on wall. I booked room in Rs1200, so I thought it should be match the price, but it was around Rs600 type room. Very Pathetic. Good thing was geyser was working, so hot water was easily available in the morning. Location is good, so I reached to this place in Rs50 from railway station. Golden temple is also 1.7 km from here. My recommendation to people is plan in advance and take a room near Golden temple, there are various sarais. Don't take twin bed room. And don't stay more than one night here. Staff at reception should be more polite and tolerant. Room service person was good.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was supportive. The manager is very well spoken and polite. we booked a family room with 2 double beds for 1100 rupees for one night which was quite alright for the price. The hotel was clean and beautiful. we faced a little problem in the washroom as the geyser was emitting electric current so had to carefully turn it on and off using slippers of which we informed the receptionist, but we visited in summers so that wasn't a big deal for us otherwise the stay was comfortable and nice I suggest the owner to give free Portable water to the guests as it is included in booking of every other hotel, paying for mineral water should be the guest choice.

The staff is polite and at your service but the rooms are small and without windows even when booking Deluxe rooms, amenities are limited, they don't provide water.. rooms smell a bit. Location is near to Golden temple so that's a plus point but rest is not worth the price..

I am from Maharashtra SOLO traveller. I had to visited from 25 june to 1 july around 1 week. Seriously it is very very outstanding hotel in low budget in whole Amritsar.very very nice hotel and all services are really fabulous. Everyone should stay in Bindra paradise hotel. All tourism places from bindra paradise is very near bust stand, Railway station Golden Temple all are around 500 meter from Bindra paradise. I m really happy of bindra paradise services. In whole Amritsar you will not get any better hotel than bindra paradise. Bindra paradise is number 1 hotel in Amritsar in low budgetI got very relax and comfortable journey with the help of bindra paradise hotel in Amritsar in very low budget

The hotel was good. We enjoyed our stay for 1 day. The mangement and staff were too cordial and polite. Service was great. Room and washroom were neat and clean. We will definately give it a go next time if possible.
