Hotel Bindesh - Chulhani - Best Hotel and Restaurant in Gumla - Hotel in Gumla - Gumla, India

I never expected such a Hotel in such a far off town of Gumla in Jharkhand. As soon as I reached Gumla, I checked two hotels and found them horrible. I requested one of the hotel staff there to suggest me better yet within budget hotel, he immediately suggested to go for Hotel Bindesh. It was hardly 100 meters from Patel Chowk. As I entered the Hotel from a side corridor, a large Buddha panting welcomed me in to great ambience. Hotel was very peaceful, very clean, very polite and well trained staff . Formalities at reception was just a 30 seconds affair, and staffed checked me in to my room. It is a multi story Hotel with wide and nicely maintained stairs. Elevator/Lift was also working perfectly. Everything was so clean, so serene. Room was ultra luxurious, fitted with all amenities, each and everything properly maintained. Cozy sofa set, glass central table, LCD TV at wall, electric kettle, clean tumblers wrapped in white tissue papers, reading lights at both sides of bed, several LCD lights/ colour lights at ceiling to match one's mood, clean white linen, 12 inch thick luxurious mattress, clean mink wool blanket, and a pair of bathroom sleepers too for use for guest. Whatever you think, it was there. Ward robe cupboard area was wide, not less than six hangers in each almira. Dressing table space had big mirror and one mirror in bathroom also. Bathroom has all fittings luxurious. I could not find any corner or area with any dirt or uncleanliness. Staff was well trained, be it security personnel at gate, reception, room service of restaurent. They have a great restaurent too known as Chulhani Restaurent, at third floor easily accessible by fast elevator/Lift. Hotel also offers la carte breakfast every morning for guests at it terrace cafetaria. La carte breakfast is available in American Breakfast menu and also in Indian Breakfast. Staff permitted me happily to taste best of both breakfast menu in same price of one. Food is priced at very reasonable rates, I would rather say high quality at very cheap rates. Hotel provided service at every step much much better than what I expected. I am writing this review not to please any one, i am jotting down my experience in most sincere words. It's a excellent place to stay. I will always stay there whenever I visit Gumla in connection of my official works. Besides reception there are news paper and magzine racks. There were not less than four news papers in rack for guest to read in guest area. There were some catalogue books on Jharkhand in one of the racks, these were worthy to look into and read . Great information and great pictures of towns, culture and forests of jharkhand . Thank You, Hotel Bindesh. All the facilities available here at Bindesh Hotel are excellent. All the staffs working here are of very decent manner, well behaved & very co-operative. They are quite professional & always ready to help the customers wrt any kind of issues. Prices are quite genuine and all the Services are by far the best. Really, experienced a very pleasant & comfortable stay at Bindesh...

Very good hotel, value for money. Attached restaurant delivers good quality food at reasonable price. All amenities including bathroom slippers, towel, soap, shampoo are present. It would be better if they can add toothpaste, toothbrush, handwash and a mineral water bottle as welcome kit. Buffet breakfast is complimentary. Rooftop ambience of breakfast will be good.

It's a perfect place to stay in Humla. Clean and specious rooms. Fast service along with in house restaurant. Tariff of deluxe room was 1617 including gst on 3 Oct 23. Staffs are cooperative and professional.

A excellent hospitality in place like Gumla. Food..... The best please to stay at Gumla, comfort like home. My best wishes to team hotel Bindesh.

The hotel is nearby the Bus stand. The service and staff behavior was awesome. Just one disappointment was the service time in restaurant was quite long. Otherwise, It is a good place to stay.
