Nothing is working. The current cuts off and AC breaks down. The furniture is broken and the lights are fused. The room is infested with mites and ants. The water doesn't come out properly and bathroom is very dirty. Doesn't fall the safety protocol and is hazardous to health.
Fan is always on 5. It cannot be slowed down. But just 1300 rs for one room. Is good just to sleep for one night
1. The rooms are inhospitable, it has a weird smell which will ruin your whole trip
2. Toilets are very unpleasant can't even share the photo that unpleasant
3. They fool you by saying there is going to be hot water from 6 am to 9 am but you didn't get any, your schedule will get messed up
Please don't visit this place you will regret it deeply as i do so
Hospet is a very friendly city. Not as expensive as metros but has all the facilities. Clean, nice weather in July, not too much rain. Wonderful food. Get value for your money.

This place is placed excellently in the heart of Hospete. Rooms are very spacious and clean. However, there is a lack of maintenance and support system. Hot water is an issue. If you can adapt to cold water to take a bath, then it is a good place to stay.
Too pathetic condition of rooms.This is one time staying and never to back or recommending any ones.
