Not at all recommended. You can get a far better room at that price.. During our stay there, 1. swimming pool and lift both under maintenance. 2. No fans in rooms 3. buffet breakfast have only Paratha and tea for which they are charging a lot 4. Rooms were also dirty 5. Hot water not available there Please don't visit ever. I just regretted my decision of having stayed there.
We booked this hotel on a call when we reached there he doubled rate he said you paid 50%in advance online now pay remaining 50%...when we were showing him proof and payment screenshot he went inside leaving reception and came after 30-45 mins... The reception guy was very rude...when we went to our room there was no tap only shower but water was not coming and same problem in wash basin, toilet..there was no cleanliness in room and bathroom...no fan in every room and air conditioner was not serviced since last 2-3 years..we wasted our 3hrs there I don't recommend this hotel to anyone please read reviews then book the hotel
Location is 5 star for us as we needed to go to Commerz II frequently. It might not be for others, as it's located far north of Mumbai city. Rooms are spacious; well-appointed. Suite is very very comfortable and recommended for slightly longer term stay. The staff are amazing!!! As repeat guests and Bonvoy members they looked after us very well... it was in fact sad to part after our long-stay.
Worst experince . We booked Rooms 1 month before but got so dirty rooms The A c not working properly and There is no water at all at bathrooms the manager n staff was rude and service was awwfull
Pathetic experience. The property is good, but the rooms are ill managed. There's no cleanliness n hygiene is poor... the owner is very rude to the customers. Had a bad experience. Hope this property had better management and wish it was owned by another owner...

Honestly worst experience ever in any hotel worse than a 2 start hotel. Not worth at all. I booked 2 rooms for 1 night. TV was not working in either of the rooms. Phone in one of the rooms was not working. no hot water in the taps on a winter morning. toilet hand shower was continuously leaking. for every poor service staff is blaming owner. No complimentary breakfast in the morning. Hotel did not have any clean parking area, they are not even ready to help with getting the car cleaned in the morning. I suggest please do not waste your money in booking this third grade property on a 3 STAR hotel prices.
Je m'attendais a un hotel de bonne qualite mais j'ai ete tres tres decue. Premierement les chambres n'etaient vraiment pas propres, deuxiemement, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude du tout pendant mes deux nuits ! Pour finir, l'hotel est tres bien situe car juste a cote du Taj Mahal. Cependant, le personnel, y compris le receptionniste, ne parle pas anglais et ne sont pas vraiment qualifies et professionnels... Malgre tout, ils m'ont fait une remise sur la note apres ce sejour desastreux.
