Very poor. They provided me a so called suite but it looked like a haunted suite. Everything was dirty. Torn and itching blanket. TV out of order. No soap in bathroom, food available upto 8:30 PM only. Too much dust on the floor. Total waste of money. Staff was good and food was also good. But visit this hotel only when you have no place on railway platform.
The hotel is located at a very convenient location along the nambul river, near to the Khwairamband bazar, the rooms are slick n clean, foods are amazing, room services are at par, the only down side is its absence of parking space for parking vehicles for outstation visitors who bring along their own vehicles. Hotel Bheigo is equipped with all the basic and essential facilities. The charges are nominal. There is no lift, parking is possible in front of the hotel Rooms are clean and neat. I was given with bedroom and living room. Staff are very helpful. They have in-room service. Best hotel to stay with family. This hotel is located near to Airport. Worst hotel... I am surprised to see the price and the service provided. No soap in the bathroom, asked for it but didn't turned up. Towel and blankets are older than the hotel itself.... On the top of that, the manager's arrogance and unethical approach toward the customer/client is so irritating. He should be somewhere in the black smith industry not in the hotel industry. Shame for the hotel to keep such a person as manager.... Is he there to threaten client/customers? So bossy.,., and when we put up some suggestion he replied "if you don't like it, don't come".... Ops...we checked in on 21/10/19 with a tourist from Peru (South America) and after he learned how we were treated he said " I will never come to Manipur". Its a shame for all of us...
