Hotel Bhawna Palace - Hotel in Agra - Agra, India

Hotel is nice with spacious & well maintained rooms. Service is also good. I have been to this hotel multiple times before and stay has always been comfortable. Reception staff was eager to allot small size rooms, against the booked deluxe rooms. It was only when the service staff advised not to allot these small rooms (due to leaking pipes), then reception staff accepted their mistake and changed the rooms to deluxe. This has probably been the only discomforting experience at this hotel. Otherwise the service and amenities are good for a short stay. I would recommend the hotel management to take cognizance of this fact and treat all customers equally. There is renovation happening at this hotel which would eventually lead to increased number of rooms for customers and may be put an end to this dilemma for hotel staff, hopefully. I'm indeed a fan of this hotel for the good services it offers at this price. Would not want to see a dent in its reputation due to experiences like above. Hence, a request for Management to ensure customers do not face such hassles.

Location is good, food quality is also nice, but as per the rates the rooms are also nice. The bed and linens in the room are bit smelly. Room service is very slow by default, if you need quick service just follow up with reception and room service both in every 5 minutes else they will bring two cups of tea in almost one hour. Bathrooms are well but they put drain pipes of AC in bathroom openly and it continues to drop water in bathroom constantly, it never let your bathroom dry. And yes last but not the least always check your bills before you pay finally, i asked for two cups of tea and they have added four in my bill, this might be because of mistake also but i faced it, later that reception guy minus that amount when i told him about the fact.

Rooms look good, but many things were not working. We booked 3 rooms. One room's bathroom door was not closing. Other room's flush was broken. Light buttons were loose. Staff was ok ok. After checkout we got call from the staff that they forgot to add 2 mineral bottles in bill and were asking to come and pay that. We paid total 27K to them and they called for just 60 Rupees, do not expect such thing.

Average hotel for short stay. No proper window so not enough light. Room lighting very dim and switches were too far from bed. The telephone line wasn't working properly and was a real pain. They don't provide kettle and tea bags in their executive rooms. Towels and linen had stains. Housekeeping enters room soon after knocking. They should wait for the guest to open the door. Everything in room was old. I liked the room delivery of newspapers. Recommended for short stay when offered at a cheap price.

stayed at this property couple of times, location is good in highway, around 3 to 4 km away from the city, there are no grocery stores around, rooms are small though clean and neat. Provided with complimentary tea, coffee kit. They serve breakfast in room during breakfast hrs. Has ample parking space. Overall good for all types of travellers.

Nice decent budget hotel, the room service is good, cleaniness is average. The food in the restaurant is delicious. They also give complementary breakfast. The best part is the location, easily accessible to major parts of Agra.

Good ambience and staffs but they didn't give to me other essential things like towel , soap otherwise good.

Room was ok, but drinking water bottle was smelling bad. They directly gave mineral without informing u that it is chargeable. However I felt nice experience here, but I want to hotel is not on main MG road , n not near to taj mahal.
