Hotel Bhargav - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

1)Very poor and dirty hotel and its room, not following what is written or shown in the website. Worst experience ever. 2)I had booked a room for 3 person (online) but they provided me with a double bedded room and also they did not provide any extra bed or mattress when asked for. 3)The behaviour of the receptionist and the manager is horrible and rude. 4)In the website they provided all the photo with ac room which is false and no clear mention of the type/ standard of the room in the website they will be providing. I booked with a intention of getting an AC room (after seeing the photos and the price) but after reaching they told me that i had booked a non ac room and they denied to change even when i was ready to give extra money. 5)As soon as i entered i saw a rat was running on the floor. 6)No internet connection is available. 7)Bad smell in the room The only good thing is that the Location is good and near to the railway station and they take advantage of this. I would suggest not to stay in this hotel even if the price is lower. I had a terrible experience staying in this hotel.

Good Rooms in affordable price...and standard quality..staf are very good.. easy to locate.. within 2 minutes Assam railway station..

Hotel Staff are arrogant and misbehave a lot. I recommend not to book rooms in that hotel.

I had a terrible experience being a solo traveler!. Intentionally I booked a delux room with king size bed and stayed alone with an intention of getting extra pillows as I have some health issues and couldn't sleep on flat pillows! I noticed the pillows were flat and asked for one extra pillow after informing them of the issue, but they came and told me that they don't keep extra pillows!!! Somehow I manage to spent the night using the chair sofa! Coming back to the general experience; 1. The bathrooms were very dirty with cigratted buds on the comode! 2. AC wasn't working and when I told them, it is like this since a decade and never came to rectify that. I was in Room-126 on the third floor! 3. The water jar has some leftover water and glasses were full of dirt!. Literally I had to take ceteizine tablet cos of dust and moisture effect. 4. A used dirty towel was brought after telling them many times to get me atleast one hand towel. 5. The young guy who comes for late evening duty doesn't even know how to approach customers in the room!. Instead of rectifying the things which I told, he insisted me to order for food around 6pm, saying the food will be delivered even at 10;00 or so. 6. Pillows were like wet! Which means never had cleaned/dried for a decade! Will never recomend or stay here in my future travel.

Rooms are average Location is good but in that location your internet service not work even sms can't be sent in WhatsApp, calling problem ,etc.. The service is not good. I asked them bill, at first they told me to take the receipt only again i told them to give me the bill then they agree to give the bill, they hesitate to give bill & in the bill they mention the real amount & i paid the full amount but they mention balance rs.550 its seems like they do tax theft. This clearly shows they are not sincere. They only accept cash only no online mode accepted.

Rooms are horrible, less spacious. In the name of service no soap no towel.

room is big enough for 2 but fells like oldy ... Need to make room and bathroom freshy ... iskebadh 5star
