This hotel is the worst. We were 12 members in family but experience was not good. Though the rooms are good but not suitable for living.Managers were rude.When we entered the room,there was a stinky smell of cigarette.Hot water was not available in the winters ,they gave various of explanations and were not able to give appropriate answers.The sofas were broken and dirty.Proper room cleaning was not done.In the basin area there were spots of tobacco spitting.Lift is not available in this hotel.The shoe rack was very dirty and there were stinky shoes lying. They told us that hey would provide us the breakfast but the breakfast was very inappropriate. They don't have inhouse canteen so they cannot provide breakfast.They only gave us the breakfast the first day . I would prefer not to stay here and also suggest others not to stay here. The owner was very sweet at the time of beginning but after that he started behaving rude I recommend to improve services & attitude otherwise this won't work more
The hotel is very basic, no lift. The services like hot water was not availablle. Staff is unprofessional and owner talks rudely if we complain for anything. It has cheap lodge like facility but charges are like 2-3 star hotel. Do not recommend for stay.
1. Hotel location was good. It is out of city location. There was decent option for near by food. Smriti van was near by walking distance. 2. Hotel staff was helpful. 3. Hotel interiors was new. Room was good. Washroom was good. Hot water facility available as they have solar. 4. Cleaning quality can be improved. They should change the bedsheet after guest change. 5. Overall room within 2000rs was good option.

Overall good budget hotel. But it would be great if they improve their below services a little bit. 1. Stable high speed wifi connection( primary need as in room there is mobile network issue, so phone internet was not working well, need to seat near to window) 2. More items available in kitchen 3. Due to high number of people using water in morning water was not that much hot, as in winter this is primary requirement 4. Can improve more in terms of quality cleaning of room, mat outside toilet, bedsheet, towel (has some hair sticked), cushion cover was torned. 5. They should at least change quilt when guest changes, would not suggest everyday but when person staying changes it should be replaced.
Hotel room, bathroom are neat & cleaned . Room views amazing. Only hot bath not available in night. But overall is good.
It was good stay.. good rooms with all facilities at low cost.
