One of the best hotel and restaurent in the town. The rooms are neat and tidy and worth the price. The bar is attached so it isvery helpful to the people who needs some more enjoyment. The restaurent is in ground floor have almost all the essential items in the menu. The food is tasty but cannot say it is in the top. Any way its worth money.
This hotel is located in the market road which in the middle of the town. The place is known for accomodation and beverages. Parking facility is available at the back of the hotel. They have a local bar available in the ground floor and an air-conditioned bar located in the first floor. Like most of the other bars in Kerala, this place also lack choices for beverages, doesn't have trained staff or set service/quality standards, still the business rocks.
Realy no customer focus and the service is soo bad. They don't care about complaints or suggestions. The staff is working their on way. Surely it will affect badly to the business because at present we have not a lot but choices at chengannur. They are doing much better
Easy to locate this hotel, as it is in the middle of Chengannur market. It's a conjusted area though, the rooms are quite good and spacious. Better Parking facility is also available ,as you can park your vehicle either at the front or the back of the hotel.
Need bit more cleanliness and bit of renovation. Food is average only. I bought porotta, which need to be bit more crispier and caramelised. Beef roast was pretty plane, not much flavour. Ordered chicken biriyani. They used karma rice and it had some flavour, but they used some essence, meat was marinated and fried and just blended with biriyani later. May be "dhum" everything together for sometime, after everything cooked separately. Average only. Restaurant was empty.
