I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel BG Inn, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I chose this hotel due to its convenient location near Majestic, making it ideal for exploring the vibrant heart of Bangalore. The accommodation was top-notch. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was commendable. What truly set Hotel BG Inn apart was the outstanding service, and in particular, the delightful behavior of Bathish, one of the staff members. Bathish's polite and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression on me. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and his warm and friendly nature made me feel genuinely welcome. Such outstanding customer service is a rare find and undoubtedly one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel's location near Majestic was a significant advantage, as it allowed me easy access to various attractions, shopping areas, and transportation hubs. Whether you're in Bangalore for business or leisure, this central location is hard to beat. If I had any recommendations for improvement, it would be to continue maintaining the high level of service and hospitality, which sets Hotel BG Inn apart from the rest. my stay at Hotel BG Inn was a memorable one, thanks in large part to Bathish's exceptional behavior and the overall dedication of the staff. They are very supportive staf . We was reached midnight to "Banglore". There was no rooms available in gandhinagar area but BG INN gives us room in their logo price (999).The room was very clean and hygiene. In a bathroom hot water facilities and the staff was very helpful. I had great experience with BG INN .

Very nice rooms with affordable price. Location is also nice.

We stayed six nights. Overall it was a good experience. But the room was not cleaned properly. Only the garbage was moved and the floor itself was not cleaned. Booked room with breakfast. As the hotel did not have its own restaurant, breakfast was ordered from outside. For breakfast one can get Puri Bhaji, Dosa, Menduvada, Upma, Pulao etc. along with tea, coffee or milk.There was a proper response from the management but the behavior of the servant in the hotel was not proper. If anything was asked for, he used to come and give it angrily with a benevolent demeanor.It was fun as there was a corporate area around and accommodation - dining - transport arrangements were available. Our trip was successful as the Kempegowda bus station and metro train station are nearby, making it easy to travel to and from tourist spots. Yes, if you like to walk, you can go everywhere for less rupees using government transport.

The rooms are clean but not small for a family of three. The staff is polite and co operative. It's a good budget friendly hotel.

Not maintained well and they charge more. Maintenance staff will grab money from you and not providing proper bill

The hotel is located near the bus drop off location. The rooms here are smaller in size than it appears on the website. The cleanliness is good, and the staff is cooperative. They provide many facilities such as breakfast, wifi, tv, ac, water, closet, extra bed, etc. Overall the hotel is amazing just the rooms are smaller as compared to the amount paid.
