Amazing place in a good reasonable rate, The staff is really hospitable.(Dinesh & Ajay) Dinesh definitely takes extra efforts to make your stay easy and comfortable. Dinesh offered me dinner but I had already had it before coming to the hotel, he still insisted me to taste it and it was truly delicious. Also my car tyre had gone flat, and it was almost 11:30pm but it was really kind of him to take me to the nearest puncture shop.
I stayed here for 5 night and the room was good, also the bathroom's were really clean, housekeping service for the rooms is offered everyday, please sweep from under the tables and corners as well, the ground floor room's have a bit of issue with the Airtel network, but Wifi is provided, you'll have to get in the window or out for speaking on the call. There's no issue on the upper floors. The staff is really good, especially Dinesh and the other two boys are really helpful and friendly.
It was a good experience for the budget stay . Some amenities such as free water and toiletries could be improved.The front desk person Dinesh Mehra gets 10/10 for the best hospitality . He loves his job . Absolutely loved the immediate responses and humble approach . Ground floor rooms had network issues ( both internet as well as personal phone network ) . I didn't have any network problem in the top floor. Better room Amenities such as extra plug slots , toiletries, free water etc.
Nice option to stay in Koregaon park. The room which we stayed was clean and tidy. The service is also good, the main drawback is that it doesn't have a lift.
LOCATION- is good if u want to stay in koregaon park & don't get any other accomodation. otherwise avoid. HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANLINESS- as such doesn't exist. INFRASTRUCTURE- owners don't believe in putting nets on bathroom windows, so lots of mosquitoes. u can get bitten, or fight with the staff & get a mosquito repellent and get bitten. I chose the former, due to lack of time. STAFF- is Cooperative & polite, but nonprofessional, ok for a hill station hotel. for pune u require professional staff. RECOMMENDATION- Simply Avoid.
