It's like a four star hotel ... room is spacious n clean but as they claim it's only 2 years old they still need to maintain the hygiene... especially the white lenins... after telling 4 -5 times to keep new n clean lenins we found old yellow bedsheets n pillow covers... although when we asked the floor house keepers to change ... Mr devi n mr. Rahul changed the bedsheets instantly.... I must stay house keeping staff were very sweet,attentive n caring...service is also good.. overall everything was good except the old lenins... thank u
A very good stay with family. Very neat and clean.The food was great. Looks pleasant. You can reach Both Mathura and Vrindavan in 15-20 min. Amazing location. Enjoyed stay. Relaxing atmosphere. Will recommend staying here without any hassle.
1. Overpriced & small rooms. Bed and mattress were ok but bedsheets & towels weren't fresh.
2. Only one Lift (elivator)
3. Had to ask for house slippers and tooth brush.
4. Power backup is slow. Lifts take time to restart after load shedding starts.
5. Breakfast has just basic options: puri aaloo sabji, idli dosa sambar, mix veg parantha, 2 types of canned juice, watermelon and papaya, breads with butter & jam, kheer, 2 types of cereals with hot and cold milk, Indian tea and coffee.
Summary: Makes more sense to stay in an Ashram or modern Dharanshalas that have better rooms and tastier satvik Hindu food made and served by Hindus.
Best in Vrindavan, there party hall is amazing and we recently hosted one party there. The food was awesome and upto the mark. Our whole gathering was awestruck seeing the preparation and decorations. We highly recommend this place for parties and gathering.
I always look for clean, hygienic and best rooms and never found anything like that in Vrindavan until I came across this hotel, I stayed here for 1 day it was a short trip but it was way too nice, the employees are well trained in management, I genuinely Loved It. And it is hardly 1KM to Prem mandir
My experience at the hotel is excellent in terms of services, cost and location. car parking location is in open plot beside the hotel which i don't like .Otherwise everything is good.
