Hotel Benz International - Hotel in Delhi - Central, India

We arrived in Delhi from the airport and the hotel booked us our driver which was really helpful from them. The room was clean and the AC + fan were working very well. The staff was very nice also and helpful. The location was very good near the metro. Delhi metro is very well organized and I suggest everybody to take the metro instead of some tuktuk who can be very expensive for tourists.

It's near to the panikkar travels but vehicles cannot go close to the hotel we have to walk a little not much.Rooms are not so bad but not much good either they don't clean it daily and air-conditioning is poor and doesn't work properly. The main problem I saw is that in the room I stayed there were no windows not a single one except a door to go to toilet and to go outside.its a closed room the only way for air to enter is through the air-conditioning and it's not working properly.they say it's a centralised ac but it doesn't cool the whole room.

Very friendly and helpful manager and staff, quality obviously way below my European standards, but the price was unbeatable (the motorcyclist in the picture is not me).

Rooms are good , but small misunderstanding with receptionist while we are Vacating the rooms, he is activity not satisfied

Beware frauds and rude manager. They talk politely but show their true colors once you checked in. Dont trust oyo and reviews. No hot water. They switch off ac and blame power problem. Stinky room, bed linen & stained towels. They charge for tap filled water bottles untill you notice open cap. Be prepared for extra extra surprise loot charges.

Please do not book this disgusting sick and pathetic hotel. This hotel first accepted NY booking, I received confirmation vouchers two weeks ahead and when I reached for checkin they denied me the check in. First they feigned ignorance and pretended as if the bookings for three nights was never received, Then upon investigation, I realised that they had received a group booking for 18 rooms and therefore they denied me check in. When I followed up with oyo..this pathetic hotel created a fake story that the hotel is under renovation.The staff at reception then asked me to go to some cheap hotel that was like a lodge,, which I refused rightaway. The reception staff is unprofessional and ill mannered. They don't have basic mannerisms. This hotel is out to look customers after receiving the payments online. Don't book this cheat hotel. They are rogues out to cheat people.they

I was impressed by the hotel and with the behaviour of staff, they have arranged everything beautifully. I loved the survice very much, rooms are so good, bathrooms are neat and clean, they provide free bathroom kit,while staying there I felt that I was staying in a 5 star hotel, I will certainly be staying here again!!

It was a an okay stay in a budget. But the rating of it in Oyo rooms is way more than it should be. Also the staff took my phone from me and himself rated the hotel on his own. Now I know why it's rating is so high. Oyo rooms You gotta do sumthing for dis as it's a deception and unfair to future travellers.
