I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The hospitality was exceptional - the staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I felt safe and well taken care of during my entire stay. The food was also excellent, with a diverse menu and delicious options. We booked Standard Room for one night on March 2023. Rooms are neat and clean and also spacious with washroom attached. Room service is Good. Food was good at Hotel restaurant. Staff is very helpful. Location wise is also too good near to the Platform. Room Price is 2240/per night (March 2023) Rooms : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Location : 5/5 Bathroom : 4/5

Situated at the centre of the Railway station and bus Stand and close to famous tourist spots like the Jagannath Temple and beaches, it's incredibly convenient for travellers exploring the city. This central location made my daily commutes and sightseeing ventures incredibly hassle-free. Room: The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority when travelling. However, there's still room for improvement in terms of perfection. Some minor upgrades in furnishings or amenities could enhance the overall comfort and experience for guests. Hospitality: The hotel's room service and restaurant staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay. They were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with requests or inquiries. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was noticed and contributed positively to my overall experience. Food: While the menu at Hotel Bensen may be limited in terms of variety, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. Whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian options, all the food items were prepared with freshness and care. The taste and presentation of the meals were consistently impressive, and I thoroughly enjoyed trying various dishes during my stay. Suggestions: One suggestion I would like to make to Hotel Bensen is to consider implementing a 24-hour check-in and check-out policy, which would greatly benefit business travellers like myself, as it allows for more flexibility in managing arrival and departure times to accommodate hectic schedules. Awesome place Good hotel and the food us very nice But some of the items were not available all the time so choose accordingly But overall a good and fair experience.

This property is near Puri Railway station main road and was a central to all the places. Hotel staff was really very good especially Mr. Raja who helped us from the time we checked in till we checked out. They also offers rented scooter which is really helpful.. We stayed there for 3 nights and would recommend to our family also..

'Deluxe' room in front building are decent , offers clean bathroom and room. Bed is good too. I wish drinking water filter unit is located at more convenient place, had to go to washing area crossing hurdles to reach to it. In house restaurant is unappealing . Mohapatra stall few hundred meters away has good morning breakfast. Wild Grass offers interesting Odisha food options. Parking is difficult for sedan and big cars.

I stayed here for one day with my family and I would strongly recommend to stay here. The receptionist was too humble and kind. The room was very nice and clean and worth it for money. Pleasant stay ..

Excellent and Comfortable Stay, We stayed here 4 Nights. Monalisa, Sanjay has done good job in serving us. Ms. Saraswati helped us in Free Upgradation of Room.
