Hotel Benale International - Hotel in Kannur - Kannur, India

It was a decent stay here. Enjoyed a 2 day stay. The room was okay with decent connectivity and amenities. It had cupboards tables sofas etc. Complimentary unlimited breakfast was just okay. The hotel has facilities to conduct business meetings but we were able to hear some sound from one such when we stepped out of our room which is not quite good though. It is at the heart but it's not crowded either at this area.

Very nice experience at Benale. Service and staff interactions were good. Parking was decent. Very nice restaurant ambience with ever smiling Kavya madam helping in food selections thus making a great family dining experience. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. In the heart of the city and accessibility to different tourist places. Kids enjoyed the Swimming pool though a little more maintenance can be done. Overall a pleasant experience at Benale. Thank you.

A very nice hotel. I stayed there three nights in a semi suite. Room is very spacious and clean. All furniture and fittings are modern. Nice and clean bathroom . Food is okay but not many options for fish items. King fish curry was too cold and didn't taste good. Staff at reception are very polite and helpful.

Benale is a classic business hotel. You stay here if you are going to spend most of your day outside and are planning to come to the hotel to rest and/or sleep. While our room did not have a view it was very utilitarian and fresh. There was a smell in the bathroom because the water trap in the bathroom drain was either broken or not fixed properly. We solved this by covering the drain with the plastic jug. Breakfast was excellent. Sambhar was full was veggies! Staff was very helpful and well natured. Place had decent amount of parking considering it is in the middle of the city.

Had a wonderful time at Hotel Benale International. The highlight is the friendly staff who make sure your stay is perfect. Fathima and Nikhil from the front desk were of a great help , Kavya from the restaurant was very friendly and Vishnu was also a great help. Their manager George recommended the best food and was a great help. Overall a very great experience

The restaurant has great anesthetics and vibe. We tried both veg and non-veg, of which squid, alllepey fish curry, nool paratha, chicken biriyani were the highlights. Kavya was very sweet and suggested the best dishes. Overall a must visit place in kannur !

In the month October 2023 AERAK(Atomic Energy Retired Employees Association Kerala ) consist of Nuclear Scientists, Doctors, Engineers and Senior executives stayed in the hotel for three nights for our Annual General body meeting and site seeing. Spacious meeting halls,spacious neat and tidy Rooms, nice toilets, dining hall are the special attraction of the hotel. Food quality is very good with polite friendly staff. They are very honest. In fact we had lost a gold ring and Rs.25000 in the hotel and Sri. GEORGE GM and Sri Shaji Assit. Manager sincerey handed over to us. Reception staff are friendly and accomodative. Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff in the restaurant and front desk and housekeeping were exceptional and provided seamless service. The hotel is very centrally located, and is easy to find.
