Service is very late. It is not attentive even after pre booking. I experienced this many times.
My experience with this hotel is very bad.we visited this hotel recently on date 25 Feb 23 for anniversary celebration and dinner .service facility is very very poor .no one came for taking order till 30 min we call to reception then he replied we send shortly for service but no one comes till 30 min and Hotel restaurant not clean and very dirty after that we leave it without take dinner and anniversary celebration and went to another Hotel.u don't deserve to survive in mauranipur for hotel facility. Plz make ur service better otherwise no one come .
It's the only hotel in Mauranipur with roof top restaurant from it's roof you get awesome view of Mauranipur city. Their staff is well behaved and taste of their food is also good. When I visited in starting their taste was not too good but when they brought chefs from out station their taste got too awesome. And the owner of this Hotel is too humble.
One of the worst hotel management, look wise it is attractive but they moment u start demanding service they will behave like we "can do it nd if u want it come down to receiption". We had to ring them infinity times for AC not giving cold air, few times for drinking water. Worst experience
Best place to stay, the property is new and well equipped neat and clean rooms, warm polite staff. The food is also good. It's the only modern facility place in the town. The owner is always at the property. Highly recommended for families and couples.
Very poor management and rude behaviour by the receptionist. Seems that No AC is working in this hotel (I changed three rooms, AC was not working in any of the three), plus the management was so rude and lethargic that I won't recommend it to anyone.

The parlour has many facility as compared to others and main thing is that the prices are not so very high. In my opinion the Shilp Shri Beauty Parlour is the best parlour in our city.
