The reception from Mr. Mohammed was very nice, his smile never left his face, and he always followed me throughout my stay in the hotel. He also made sure that everything in the hotel was comfortable. Also under the hotel there is a beautiful Kunafa Hub restaurant, very clean and comfortable for the eyes, and I am sure that whoever enters the restaurant will be happy. Excellent! Recently renovated. Location is easy to find and located in the heart of town itself. Courteous staffs, clean premises and neat, tidy rooms with new furnishings. In-house restaurant is not yet open but within few 100 meters there are many restaurants. A very good option for both families and solo travelers. A pleasant and memorable stay. Right from the ambience, to the hospitality, courteous staff, prompt and efficient service, everything was perfect. Highly recommended! Kudos to Mr. Mohammad Abbas, the manager, who is helming the ship under whose able guidance the staff leaves no stone unturned to make the guests comfortable.

It's seems to be a renovated property. The rooms have been done up very well. The corridors seem to be in the pipeline to be upgraded. The staff under the leadership of Mr. Mohammad Abbas is very well trained, courteous and guest friendly. I would suggest that they better their grooming and a formal uniform be worn with shoes. The only negetive to the stay was their breakfast spread. The spread was insufficient, ask for cutlery seems to be an alien demand. The food laid on the buffet was absolutely cold and a request to reheat seemed to be scare for the service stewards to approach their production staff. The client base at the hotel is predominantly from South of India and are looking for a decent four dish course which is staple to their cuisine from the said region. The stewards are humble but are limited because of lack of training and manager to bail them out of sticky situations. We had our dinner at the same restaurant and were overwhelmed with the quality of food and service although the restaurant was packed. Breakfast session seemed to given a stepmotherly treatment which will bring bad reputation to the hotel. Good rooms with a decent breakfast will definitely do good to the association formed between the hotel and the restaurant management.

*** Definitely stay here *** Had a brief one night halt. The rooms are comparable to a high end hotel chain. Rooms are clean & spacious, bathroom fittings are good. Currently no food is served but I guess they are constructing a kitchen nearby. Staff is very friendly and helped me securely park my bike. For the price this is absolutely a steal !! Very close to the main highway. Good parking area too.

Not respect to the costumer service was very bad heavy right and delaying food time price are very high. Immediately you can boost your responsibility management and staff are not mind to customer at on time pls check your problem and immediately improve your curriculalm activities. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel for family and bachelors as well. Spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. The restaurant was also good. Well being staffs. Stayed one night with friends.
