Rooms are great. Clean, neat bathrooms. Awesome location- close to the Sarayu River and 10 mins by auto to Ram Janma bhoomi. Sheets seemed like they were unchanged. Found hair and slightly dirty bedcovers from previous visitors. Hence the 3 stars.

I normally avoid writing adverse reviews unless it is absolutely necessary.. This is one such case where the description, photos and many positive ''reviews' are so different from the actual reality. This so called hotel does not have a superstructure except a partly functional restaurant. The rooms are located in the basement cellar which is about 12 feet below the ground level. The rooms are fairly small, made of gypsum & plastic boards with campsite like bathrooms. These makeshift rooms are built along the extreme walls in an L shape opening into a large hall purported to serve as a large dormitory area. Each room has a single window on the dorm side which obviously cannot be opened due to privacy issues especially when the dorm hall is occupied. We went there on 27th Sept '23 around 9 pm. It was late in the day and we were too tired to look for alternative accommodation. There is no proper natural light, ventilation or air circulation and as the cellar basement is located on the Sarayu riverbed, there is so much dampness, mould, mildew, huge fungus patches on the walls and unbearable musty smell. The place is also very hot & humid with no fresh airflow. One would need lungs made of steel to survive in these damp humid stinky airless rooms. The so called Air conditioner is a junk procured from some meat storage chiller plant ... it is so loud, noisy and cold that one would freeze in no time. The remote was dysfunctional and so we had to either bear the bone chilling AC or suffer stuffy musty stale air inside the room...Added to this was frequent power cuts. The electrical fittings and plug were falling apart from their housing due to poor workmanship increasing the risk electric shocks. Noise from adjoining rooms keeps you awake due to thin gypsum board partitions. We travel widely and this is one of the worst rooms we have stayed. On account of this unhealthy rooms , myself & my wife developed lung infection, fever etc ., and had to cancel our pilgrimage & return to our home town Bangalore a day later from Kashi, paying a huge amount for rescheduling the air tickets. The owner Mr. Gaurau is a fairly decent person and was quite apologetic about the whole situation.. He had perhaps started building this with different plans but we understand his construction was stopped by authorities after the basement was built. He perhaps had no other option than to convert the basement car parking area into makeshift accommodation area as described above. Also we went there by a TT which was stopped by police 2 KM away and the hotel took 1 hour to get permission for our further travel up to the hotel. While I do feel very sorry for his situation, I thought it was my duty to put my experience on record for the benefit of future travellers who may perhaps get misled like us by their website & reviews. I think it is not fair on the part of this hotel to paint such a rosy picture of their property. My apologies to the owner of the property for this frank feedback written WITHOUT PREJUDICE on an as is where is basis. Hopefully this is of use to pilgrims who may wish to travel there in future.

It was a nice hotel. But some faculties were average. They are trying to convert a place to hotel and it is not completed fully. But the place is very near to sarayu river. The only issue is to find the location and sometimes the police won't allow the big vehicles to go infront of the hotel during savan month

Amazingly wonderful and peaceful stay. They organized everything as per the itineraries discussed with them. Everything was sorted nothing had to be worried about. Very near to the Mookambika temple, hardly distance to walk. Ample numbers of restaurants nearby. Affordable pricing shops for shopping. Overall a great and once again for sure visiting this place!! Kudos to Beena Residency. Keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic option if you are looking for a stay option in ayodhya. Economical but comfortable stay. I traveled with our extended family, with senior citizens along with me. We took 3 rooms, all rooms are on the ground floor.
