Stayed here for three days. No negative experience, whatsoever. A budget hotel, so keep your expectations to that level, and all is well. Good staff, basic amenities, basic breakfast, value for money.
Neat and clean rooms. Prompt and friendly service. Great location. Most of all it felt safe. As a woman travelling alone on work I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
They don't understand instructions, rooms are dirty , half the features aren't working. & it's too noisy
Asked to change sheets as they were stained. Staff escalated to the manager- Manohar, and the guy cancelled the booking instead. They hate North Indians. Steer away from this hotel.

Best place for stay to visit Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and High way authority. Better to catch Metro at Chennai Central to Little Mount metro station. It is walkable. Nearly 150 mts distance. Rooms are some how highinic. But no sufficient ventilation
It is located in prime area, that's the only asset which made me to pick this as an option. However, not worth to explore at all. Peaks of it is - the wash basin in the washroom was not working; I didn't even bother to complain, just checked out of it....they are not even checking the well being of little eminities they could offer for the price they collecting, before checking in a new guest.... I do not recommend this place at all to anyone....
