Rooms were not worth 2000rs per night. It is like 1000-1200 only... The balcony was shared with another room.. common passage .... The TV was small and very far from the bed, it should be big as compared to the room setting.. AC controller not working.. fan was on another track, unable to slow down and sound separately. You are getting only a sandwich for breakfast, no other option in it, on a 2000 rs room rent.. The towel was torn off from one side..

There are no any proper bathroom,(shawer and flush is not working).lot of pungent smell is coming out coming out.frez is not working. under-construction balcony.night bulb is not working. Advantages:- their services response is good .

Third class hotel. Seriously worst of a hotel that I have seen. The rooms, towels, bedsheets, blankets are so dirty. Even after telling several times, it's all the same. You have to keep asking to give a clean room, give clean dust free towels, etc. You have to also request for dust bin, door mat, TV remotes... The restaurant is pathetically expensive and no great taste. Even the green salad is made of all frozen veggies. Quantity is also too low as compared to price. Water in washrooms is not treated at all... Takes a toll on ur hair and skin. The staff is also extremely lousy. Seriously worstest worst of its kind.

Room service is not up to the mark. But overall experience is very good. Food was very tasty. Staff was very obedient and honest. Specially Mr. Pankaj. Very nice person

Pathetic hotel with filthy washrooms. Not recommended for family and bulk bookings

There was no bucket in the bathroom. When we arrived the rooms were very untidy with dishes with left over food. Toilets were stinky .
