Hotel Beach Crown Juhu - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. I don't know where to start. No windows in the room. No reception in the room and also the wifi is not working in the room. The staff was not really friendly at all. One day a guy entered my room while I was taking a nap. I didn't realised it first but he was standing there and watching me. After I understood that he was standing in my room i turned around and told him to leave but he didn't instead he got his phone out I don't know why and I literally had to push him out of my room. Why would ever a staff member enter a guest room without knocking at the door?? Then also there was always a lot of staff around I don't even know if they actually worked there but they were really loud til late in the night watching videos in the hallway on their phone on full volume til 1-2am and because of the little window above the door wich is not sealed properly you can hear like it's next to your ear. The shower was cold no kettle in room or in the whole hotel. Cockroaches in the room, dirty bed sheets and I could go on and on and on Don't go there! Oh and I checked out earlier as planned because of all this stuff and I didn't get my money back for the nights I paid in advance

Worst hotel ever.. The furniture has never been wiped, so dusty. The towel and the bed size, I imagine if the owner have ever take a look at those. You can be sleeping around 11h30, the reception calls to the room to ask you to pay your stay, still you ve been staying several nights before. No kettle, no glasses..etc in the room. Unfortunately our stay in mumbai was spoilt completely. I dont recommend this hotel at all.

As a couple we keep visiting this place, specially convenient tariffs, pocket friendly as compared to other hotels in Juhu...Yes, u can see JW Marriott 4 steps away...but good staff, well maintained clean and Hassel free...to the point...

Small rooms, high pricing, clean bathrooms, courteous staffs - how ever we stayed for 2 days and didn't get room cleaning even once, no drinking water facility or hot kettle water.. however the bathrooms have shower, geyser, and they are clean, though water goes away at times and you have to inform the staff. Rooms have TV, however sometimes the sound doesn't work so do check your rooms tv if you wish to see them at leisure time. Rest all is fine, if you don't get cheaper options you can come here, stay and enjoy

It was a worst experience.. Thought the hotel is located very near to beach it is just a small house converted to hotel rooms. Bathroom are made on partition of plywood and glass inside the rooms. They will ask you money every day even if the booking is for few days. Complementary breakfast is just 4 bread slice and omelette, they don't even bother to toast the bread. If you ask for invoice they will charge you 18 % gst so that you don't take bills, even if the gst rate applicable is 12% . Wi-Fi is available with no use, very low speed. No network inside the hotel, you have to come out to the street to make calls. If you get a room in the first floor its better not to take as the stairs are so narrow and steep made of iron just like the stairs in overhead water tanks, once you get yourself up you won't dare to come down.

Very costly. You cannot find any good hotels, restaurant, bar near this property. Very very costly area.
