Hotel Bawa International - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Our experience was good overall. Two instances where I felt I would think again before visiting. 1. We booked in advance for late check out. At the time of booking they said they will allow check out at 6 PM but actually on the day of check out person who booked us stopped picking our calls and other staff made us check out at 5 PM . So little bit of trust issues with the staff. 2. I asked one of the cleaning staff to clean the room which he refused initially. Later on he agreed to do it.

I have booked this hotel for a short stay last month. The ambience was nice and calm. What I liked was the response from the front desk staff. He was polite and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The rooms are spacious. The room service was prompt. There was a safety locker in the room. The bathroom was neat and clean and provided with toiletries. I had used book and pay later for booking this hotel. You can check with the hotel prior to booking. There is a restaurant in this property. The food was good. No issues. It's a continental restaurant.

Rooms were neat and clean, especially the bath room along with its complimentary supplies. Had a little waiting time for room service, but then yes, the staff were exceptionally well mannered and polite. Best location, nice ambience. Strongly recommend especially if you are planning on a family visit...!

Excellent room (SD with bathtub) and service. Delayed room due to air conditioning problem. Stiff door which needed a heavy push/pull to open. Inexpensive dining menu and comfortable experience.

I stayed this in Hotel Bawa International last week 15-JUN. It was the one of luxurious Hotel I stayed in my life time. The lobby had a feeling of an upscale but cozy countryside home, with satin sofas, velvet armchairs, gold colour floral wall-paper on the walls and a large crystal chandelier right in the middle giving soft warm light. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

I've been to this place last month and we have good experience I had in the recent times. The staff is so cooperative and they helped me out with their best dishes in starters and main course. The food is delicious and I would say it's budget friendly. I liked the roof top ambience.

The hotel is good and rooms pretty well maintained. Had only one meal at the hotel and it was good. Location is ideal as it's near airport. The staff were courteous and helpful.
