Stayed one night due to power cut in our apartment. Room was comfy and neat. Toilet was ok. Lots of mosquitoes. Food was good. Overall comfortable stay. However some parts of the room were dusty.
Never expected such a bad ambience.. don't know wat to mention ..it was such an horrible experience out there .
Wonderful cuisine, be it morning breakfast or Veg or non veg thali in lunch or Chinese or Mughlai cuisine in dinner at a very reasonable price. Rooms are good and charges are again reasonable. They are also doing some moderation in some rooms to make them more comfortable it seems And from staff to authorities everyone is courteous and polite and always ready to take care of clients. Altogether a good experience.
As per location it was convenient to locate the hotel. But just to get a confirmation about the location, we called the hotel but they did not receive the call which was very unprofessional, and when we reached the place they said their phone was working fine. The room and services were good. Since we booked two rooms, one of them was smelling really bad but the staff claimed that they had cleaned the room beforehand.
It was pitstop on way from vellore to chennai for coffee. We enjoyed the coffee here very much. Very reasonable prices good quality snacks and sweets are also available here.

Hotel infra is good. But do not expect any kind of shop for 1 km on either side of Hotel. Restaurant opens only after 7pm. So if you are starving and if it is raining outside, you are on your own.
