It was really good xperience for all of us. Nice hotel.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My friends and I stayed at the hotel for two days. My friends were accomodated in a room which had a foul smell and lipstick stain was found on the towel. After complaining they were shifted to another room saying they made a mistake. This is one of the many mistakes the hotel keeps on making. From insect in the food to door handle coming off while entering the room. We ordered an item from the menu card, during the final billing it was charged double the price. They informed that this was priced according to the season's menu which we were not provided with. The management is extremely poor. There is zero communication between the staff members and most of them don't even know what they are supposed to do. Due to lack of communication they even booked a car for us for 2300 when we specifically said our budget was 1500. After our trip we were informed about the cost. The manager and the staff members behaved extremely rudely when we refused to pay the extra amount. They did not even apologize for their mistake. All in all a really bad experience. Please avoid this hotel.
