My experience at "Hotel Basera" was beyond my expectations. In such a small place it was truly nice to find such large hearted man, Mr. Gagendra, the owner. I just felt like home. I found him concerned about comfort of all the boarders. The other support staff also stuck to the principles of their owner. The rooms, room service, quality of food (veg. only) etc. was fantastic. The entrance of the hotel might not be good enough to create the first impression, but soon entering there I realized that it had very little to do with my scheduled stay. I highly recommend this hotel for those who would like to feel the ambience of home in a hotel. Thanks to all staff of Hotel Basera.

Hotel Basera" was amazing. it was truly like our another home, and owner of the hotel Mr. Gagendra, is very very nice man. I found all the staff ar dedicated for you. The rooms, room service, quality of food like homewas fantastic. highly recommend this hotel for all. Thanks to owner and all staff of Hotel Basera. One thing more, i never found that any hotel owner is picked you from railway station, but it happened by the owner of HOTEL BASERA MR. GAGENDRA.
