The property is very beautiful. The rooms are very good and tastefully done. Bathrooms are average and the toiletries disappoint. Staff is cooperative and helpful. The lobby of the hotel is the disappointing compared to the rest of the property. Huge Gardens around the palace are very well maintained.

A very good heritage hotel owned by Bikaji group,located in a very prominent and peaceful place. One can enjoy a comfortable stay along with a nice ambiance.

Decent property with polite staff and good service. Food was really good. The restaurant staff was very courteous and well-mannered. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Room heater was available which was really a big deal and of great help in the extreme cold here. The tariff, however, was on the higher side. Overall a decent place to stay and can be recommended.

Excellent food work great service. I am fond of their soups, malai kofta curry and dal tadka. I eat food here every year at least once i visit bikaner. Food is delicious, authentic and preparation of each item is super very good staff and service. Washrooms are clean and big.
