Save yourself and family from this bad hotel. Not worth any penny we booked 5 rooms for our family and really bad rooms and black muddy water had to purchase water campers to bath. Ac remotes not in rooms, bad stinking rooms. Not even tea available in hotel before 9am. Don't fall for pictures

Worst experience in my life, booked 3 rooms @ Rs 5000/night. Upon entering the same horrified to see muddy waters coming in Bathroom. Rooms Service is also very poor. Never recommend any for this, also don't understand why low quality hotel bookings are allowed online

Horrible room. i had booked this hotel for my family for shraddh. 3 rooms. it was a big mistake. i should have read the reviews which i didnt at the time of booking. strong advise to all. pls dont book here. it is horrible. the only good thing is it is near to railway station

Hotel Basant Vihar International is a good choice for travellers looking for a 3 star hotel in Gaya. It is located in Gol Bagicha.

The room was not properly clean.They provided torn bedsheet. TV was not working. You can get hot water from geyser only after 8am. Though we booked a double room we were provided with a single blanket which was not sufficient. Moreover the AC is mounted in such a position that the room was not getting cool properly. There is no other means of ventilation other than AC. The fooding service is nearly not available. You won't get most of the menu items. The entire experience made us feel it is not even remotely close to the experience you should get for the tarrif. The hotel is overpriced.

Very average level of amenities at this price. Room and bathroom size was small, Matress uncomfortable, no intercom, TV non functional.

ye hotel itna kharab h ki ek star bhi deserve ni karta. phala aisa hotel dekha jaha ceiling fan hai hi ni. maine goibobo discount me 500 around non ac me book kiye . hotel ka ek staff roudly bolte h itna paisa me itna hi mila aur pura room was smelling rats insects all around. I asked other room they said all rooms have no ceiling fan. I felt the hotel within 30min as it was better to leave in foothpath than here. isme mera kya fault agar discount me mila to aisa h to goibobo discount mat de. food order karne pe bolte h 2hr me milega bolo lena h. one staff was very bad behavior threating me saying u don't now whose hotel it is. guys please avoide such hotels where customers are treated in such a manner. i am going to complain in goibobo.

I was very happy with the service, cleanliness of the room. Location is in front of Railway station. AC worked well, soft bed, clean bessheets. Especially thanks to Supervisor Mishra ji who personally looked after. I will always stay in the hotel.
