One of the best place to stay in Shimla. Location of this hotel is near to the lift for mall road, It takes 5 minutes for you to reach mall road from this hotel. Parking is also nearby hotel. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms are a bit small, but valley view from hotel is excellent. Other locations like Kufri, Mall road and Jakhu temple are also nearby.
A great stay option for its proximity to Shimla Old Bus stand. It's budget friendly. Would recommend this to anyone for a short stay. The hotel management quite friendly. The only aspect I did not like is the lack of flexibility in check-in and check-out timings. They have a strict check-in and check-out of 12 pm to 12 pm the next day. Hope they get this sorted out. Also, prefer booking with Goibobo.
nice experience.. location view vise good and mall road is easy access with govt lift. but without lift it's difficult to go mall road, because hotel is on cart road. but hotel room and all things are very good, view was also good, food was also good. through lift, you can go very easy. as family staff behavior was very nice. polite behave, early checkin and after check out, we have some waiting time in hotel., it's also very kind behave.
The hotel has well spaced rooms and heater available. rooms have a great view to the mountains and very budget friendly. we reached the hotel at 5 am and gave us a temporary room till our room is ready. we were allowed to check in by 10 even the time was 12 with no extra cost. the hotel provides wifi and transportation Services upon request. overall we enjoyed the hospitality and stay very well.
Brief about hotel basant:Pros:Near the old bus stand;near the mall road;many small restaurants nearby;provided water whenever asked.cons:service wise too sluggish response;No staff was assigned duty of cleaning room, bathrooms. stayed for 3 days and asked the reception to clean but nobody listened.
We stayed in room number 11 and 12. Rooms were quite spacious with balcony. View from room was excellent. Pic uploaded as taken from balcony. Very hospitable staffs. Very near to elevator to the mall road, only 7 mins walking. Menu for food available in the hotel was limited, but food was tasty. 24 hours hot water available.

Hotel was very good. best location with mesmerizing views and hills. only 500 meters from old bus stand and the lift for Mall road. only 100 meters from Gurudwara and Parking. Bathroom was neat and clean so does the room. hotel crews were very supportive and well natured. TV and wifi were working pretty well. there is no parking at hotel but comman parking is very near to the hotel plus you can book the cab any time with minimal rates. overall best experience.
