Very bad, the rooms are so dirty. The receptionist guy is very very egoistic. We were asked for room freshers but didn't respond.
Very bad experience I had booked this hotel through Yatra. And the room was horrible...i did not get the room i booked for and got a lower end room. On questing the manager was extremely rude, he says " this is how it's supposed to be, you stay or look for another hotel." We had complained to Yatra and Yatra also agreed the fault. .. At night 10 pm, i had to move to another hotel. Had a very bad time in Guwahati because of this troublesome incident and horrible attitude of the hotel manager.
The location is very convenient. The Room service is need to improve a lot . The complementary breakfast is average .Please replace the cheap plastic serving bowl .
I didn't stay here. However we had a team lunch at their restaurant. It was a superb experience and tasty food. Mr Azad Hussain, has been super helpful and ensured that we had a nice time there.
A clean place with good food and a very helpful staff. All the facilities were provided - shampoo, soap, moisturizer, towels, brushes, toothpaste, and hot water anytime!
Ambience, cleanliness, hospitality, food quality and services bewitched me much. Really it was an amazing experience. To me, this is one of the best hotel in North East India. Moreover, room rent is also reasonable.
