Excellent location, Excellent Service and Great rooms
I visited quite a few hotels before zeroing down to Balwas. I did not regret it.
They have excellent, airy rooms. The AC works very well and there is no congestion. In the hotels surrounding this area, there is a huge problem of humid stench which fortunately is not a problem for Balwas.
Their staff is excellent, well behaved and always willing to serve. The food they provided is top notch - both quantity and quality.
I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay near Surat Railway station.

My second time stay in last 5 days, Good experience. Family friendly, owner are very helpful, The rooms are pleasant and clean. Service is so good. Staff is so polite and helpful. If I visit Surat again, I'll stay here only.
This hotel is situated on 5th floor of a shopping complex. I stayed for a night, liked my room and cleanliness at hotel.
Very good restaurants and eating shops are available at same building so no need to worry.
