Nice hotel and well organised, the food need to be ordered earlier and the quality was good. Bathroom was cleaned and AC was working fine. Great place to stay , in May2023 it cost 1500/day. Check in -check out 11-12

Hotel is in the heart of Bolpur city. Well connected with nearby areas. Rooms are clean and spacious. AC and geyser worked fine. The terrace is wonderfully decorated. The buffet dinner/breakfast are served there. Best thing is the service part of the hotel. The boys are working very hard to keep every customer happy even the irritating one too. Reception people are very courteous. The stay was very pleasant.

A decent hotel with excellent service. Amenities provided are standard. The restaurant at the terrace is just fantastic and can be considered as the usp of the hotel. The staff of the hotel is just excellent, each and every member of the team led Kanchan is just superb, always ready to serve with a smile and great patience. Proactive nature and eagerness to help the guests is just praiseworthy. One will definitely consider revisiting the hotel only because of the service quality. Parking is an issue here.

Staffs are courteous. Service is efficient. But rooms are small and don't have balcony either. Hot water isn't available in all the rooms. Khanapina restaurant is on the roof top and each item tastes really great. The foods are bit pricey here. Overall this is a good option within this budget.

very bad experience. hotel owner doesnt respect guests and ask for payment for even complimentary water bottle and breakfast. When i explained that this is complimentary and almost fought for it, he said okay but you can only take 1 dish. the rooms are dirty. bathrooms are dirty. he asks for money to even get the bathrooms cleaned. he makes you pay if you have done online booking since he says that i get less money for online bookings and i dont respect people who comes to my hotel through online booking. i reached hotel 10 minutes prior to check inn time and the room was ready but he said that if you want to check inn now, then you will have to pay me rs. 500. then he made me wait for almost 2 hours past the check inn time and said that for omline bookings, we get less money and we will do like this only. you can complain wherever you want. such a horrible owner, such a horrible hotel.

Awful experience. Booked the hotel via MakeMyTrip but the hotel denied to provide the rooms since they had some tie-up issue with OYO (which was not my concern). I paid for the rooms in full in advance. Hotel did not help us in anyway. Finally we had to cancel our booking and buy new rooms. The rooms Hotel Balaka provided were the worst. Dirty, unhygienic, seal was broken for the water provided in Bisleri bottle. No towels were provided.The only good thing was the food. Worst experience.

The place is okayish if u want to stay under a budget the food is just good enough... The service n the behaviour of the staff are very good. Well if you have a tight pocket I guess you can try this hotel u won't be disappointed but certain rooms need to be renovated.
