I went there with my family & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, The place was fantastic, it was located in the main city & market was also nearby & even railway station was also there so it will be very convenient for someone to reach there directly from railway station. We went there by our own vehicle & the parking area they provided was also very good. Our room was very spacious & clean. The whole environment & even the area in which it is located is very good & safe as well.
I stayed here 5 times , around 1 week each time , I really had a very good stay . I have stayed in other hotels in hoshangabad , compared to those hotels, BALAJI INN is the best. Service is very good, room is bit small but very well maintained. You get all kinds of food , north Indian or south Indian or pizza( But bit costly). Best thing about this hotel is that if there is any problem , they will sort it out very fast and people are very friendly . I enjoyed my stay here.
Pathetic Hotel. Stayed here for one night, July 7th 2013. I had a peek into their rooms and decided to take their best, so called suite room (it's basically just a standard AC room, they call it suite apparently). Very poor hygiene in washroom, poor service (no one came to clean up after dinner, had to ask them late night), poor food quality. had to ask 4 times for water supply in washroom in the morning, waiters start waking up at 8:30 or so, so you can imagine how it might have been. Plus I have a concussion in my head courtesy the small door (it seemed as if it was designed only for people only 5'5" or below height) in washroom; hit the damn thing by mistake twice. And to top it off, I was charged 1500 for the room and approx. 400 for food (which was brought from a nearby dhaba as the hotel has no restaurant). Conclusion: Avoid this place like a plague.
Kitchen is uncertain here and wifi connectivity seems unavailable. Staff is polite, cleanliness is good, hot running water in taps, roof top to get vitamin D, very near to Railway Station platform No.2, auto cleaning done by staff once you are out of room.
Good budget hotel with clean room and humble staff. Hotel's founder believes in hospitality and repeat foot fall of good clientele. I have stayed at this hotel few times now and experience had always been good.
Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was good. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
The location of the property is within the city ans just beside the railway station. My stay was all good as I am happy with the services and the facilities provided.

OMG! What a varity of tasty food we had. I can still taste the food in my toungue. Superb taste at a very reasonable price. If you guys are near or go through this place then you people have to really try this restaurant!

Here I am ratimg the place for food as came down only for food and not stay. Awesome food with moderate hospitality. We had veg thali and veg biryani with rasogulla and rasmalai.
I never go inside this hotel but because of it's near bus stand and has good architecture it should be a good palce for travelers and visitors as it's name "narmada " it must be good.
