Hotel Balaji Inn - Hotel in Karkala - Udupi, India

This review is only about the food. Food is good. Ambience is pleasant. Restaurant is clean. Location is good. There is ample parking space. Toilets and wash basins are cleanly maintained. Staff members are friendly but service needs to improve. We ordered biryani, some side dish and buttermilk. The buttermilk arrived only after we had finished our food and after waiting for a long time. Seems like they forgot the buttermilk order altogether. Be aware that they include AC charges for parcel items too!!

Poor room service. They don't clean rooms regularly. When asked at the end of the day, they say there is no one right now to clean the rooms. The food is good here, though a bit expensive. Location is good. They don't have breakfast here. They get it from the neighbouring hotel and give it to us at a higher price. Overall experience is good, except the cleanliness. Staff is humble and gentle. Reception person is friendly and helpful. Can rate 7/10

Stayed overnight. Stayed in executive rooms. Good clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was a bad experience, lot of delays. Lunch was good. Tasty food. Decent enough parking space for about 10-12cars. Located in main road.

Nice restaurant for lodging and boarding. Food is also decent. But cost is bit high compared to other restaurants in town.

The ambience of this place is terriffic!! The staff being very friendly and enthusiastic provided us good service, the issue with the place is the flavour, i felt though the menu had alot of options the food needs more flavour...

Stay was incredible, Great amenities, Specially the cleanliness maintained at the hotel, fully maintained hygiene, expert staff, staff is very helpful, Restaurant is best in class, food is made with great fusion of spices, lovely home like aura, located, Place is near the reach, great stay for any tourist. I must recommend to stay here..

Food is very bad, they are serving cold food, I was ordered veg food , service is ok but,New hotels should supplies the hot food but they gived cold meals, iam not recommend you let's see other hotles in karkala
