Well maintained big area for marriages and other functions. Overall all the facilities are updated and great . Staff are courteous and helpful.
A simple hotel with decent amenities. Simple to find . Good food . Ok for an overnight stay on travel. Ok on the pocket too. Seems to be a popular local destination since the restaurant was full.

I visited your restaurant today for dinner. Kindly update your on table services. After ordering the food it will take half an hour to prepare and the taste is also not good.
We had booked their grand hall for our wedding reception in the evening. The hall was to be given to us from 4 pm or earlier. Just next day after taking advance payment, their hotel manager told us that there is a separate function planned in the afternoon which will not be over till 5:30 pm and refused to let us setup stage before that. Manager told us to reuse the stage set in the morning, but never disclosed morning's function or stage theme even after asking multiple times. On the last day, it came out to be a baby shower function and my parents had to rush to remove and set new stage at the last moment. Overall it came out to be pretty frustrating experience and hotel manager was not cooperative for even tiny details. I would not recommend this hotel for any events given the carelessness and total disregard of customer trust from hotel's end.
Bad smelly rooms ... hotel Staff is not supportive...Room cleanness is zero .... Food quality is average..overall experience is pathetic

I booked deluxe room for my self, for single occupancy hotel has provided me room with 2 king size beds. Unhygienic uncleaned room, Dirty washroom, pathetic experience this time. Staff behaviour is good, food quality is ok. If you don't have any other option then only choose this hotel.
