Hotel Baj Celebration - Hotel in Jalandhar - Jalandhar, India

My experience with this hotel has been very poor so far. The staff is very impolite. Even the receptionists are rude. They can't even provide cold RO water. No doubt the hallways look very beautiful, but as soon as you enter the room you get to see the reality. The rooms are very small. The bathroom is also not properly maintained. In my room, the toilet tank was also leaking. The electricity switches and sockets provided in the rooms are of very poor quality. Many times, I couldn't insert my mobile charger into the sockets. I booked this hotel using Oyo app. They need to do something about it. And one more feedback for Oyo, many hotel owners these days are taking mobile from the guests telling them they want to check something (like mail received from Oyo) , and give 5 star rating themselves. So now Oyo ratings are also not trustworthy. I'm not sure what this hotel with do (I mean ratting themselves 5 stars, but seeing the good ratting and poor rooms and services provided by the hotel, it seems like there is something wrong with the rattings). I've noticed it many times that hotels with poor rattings are better than those with good rattings. And the ones with good rattings rate themselves 5 star. So Oyo is like rate yourself OYO (ok your own). Not as far as this hotel is concerned, I'm very unsatisfied, especially with the service. Now that I asked for cold water (first the guy bluntly refused), then they said that they'll provide. And now I see the room service guy with a jug of water with ice cubes filled in it. I asked for cold water, not Ice. Haha.

A nice hotel if you are running tight on budget. Very near to Model Town. I stayed for a day here and had to pay around Rs1400 for a room of 3 adults.(Booked from OYO). Good things about this hotel are its parking, food, cleanliness and TV/Wifi. Things where this hotel needs to improve is quality of walls, room should have more lights and should have a small refrigerator in room. All good otherwise and highly recommended.

I had booked the hotel through OYO as it was mentioned pet friendly. When I called the hotel couple of days later to confirm, I was rudely informed by the receptionist that the establishment is not pet friendly and the owner had explicitly informed not to allow folks with pets. Curiously the establishment comes up as pet friendly on other travel sites. It would be unfair by me to comment on the amenities as I did not stay, but given my experience, I would be surprised if it is half decent as it claims.

Pretty basic ,came here for one night stay but staff seems to be ignorant when it comes to basic amenities like having towel soaps and TV remote in room. But they were helpful when asked , rooms were quite good ,when you come here ask for window room which are spacious and nice , rest rooms are quite shady.

Nice hotel to stay. They have a very pleasant staff and they also have a really good service. Food is really good and the breakfast they serve is really good. Everyone in there has a happy face so nice to be here will soon visit again. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Room that I got from hotel on arrival was not even 50 percent of what's shown while booking. Add to this the stinking blankets and dancing toilet seat. Only thing that was good was breakfast and tea.

Not neat and clean, dirty bathrooms. I checked hotel at night no light signboard.This 2nd time it happened when booked thro Oyo. I recommend others not to book sub standard hotels thro oyo

An average hotel to organize small scale corporate and family functions, meet ups etc. Food was good, not exceptional. Staff was helpful.
