Good Place for a short stay. Rooms are decent. No elevator. Service is great, staff is very helpful. Plenty of food options close by and there is a restaurant on property with a wide spread.
Well before reaching when I checked the reviews i thought it must be bad i tried it but if i say now I will highly recommend in a place like njp it is soo good i must say this that what they are saying Is based on previous visits but now there are nothing like that if i stayed at somebody's home I must have felt like this only everyone is like family there.... it now looks different and much much better it just did a renovation and people saying about staff it has now new staff who are helpful , kind and great and washrooms has also been taken care of and also I saw one reply saying it doesn't have a generator it's not true it does have generator I would 100% recommend it and yes don't believe in those replys saying that it's not a good hotel it definetly is just give it a try and then you'll know I am saying the truth
This hotel is near the Njp station. Room was clean and the service was quite good
Location is favourable for early boarders from NJP. However, cleanliness is absolutely not maintained. Dirt is found everywhere while hotel staff and room service is very poor. Not a single drinking glass was provided even after requesting. Unclean bed covers, towels and bathroom. Very unpleasant experience.
The hotel is very near to the railway station and the manager and staff were realy helpful and we checked in quite late as we arrived via Shatabdi express. The rooms however are not well kept and the lavatory should be cleaned properly. However in house food is good.
No generator facility and no proper ventilation and bathroom is also not well sanitized and buckets are dirty

See This hotel doesn't respect their guests much because they are in prime location near NJP railway station. Always they get guests and this has made them think why struggle to give better service any way we get coustomers. So I suggest if it's just one night stay and you want to catch a train early morning then stay or else please avoid it. You have better options in side Siliguri City.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.
