This hotel doesn't deserve any rating, Poor food/service , there Buttler took 20 mins to prepare 5 rotis, and salad looks like it's already been served to someone else in older order, wasn't a fresh salad, felt cheated, not a good place to visit to dine-in. Avoid it

Very very bad service provided by this hotel to their customers. The rooms that were provided to us were totally bad in condition. Whole bedsheet was spoilt by the blood spills. Room service was totally bad as everything ordered was delivered after half an hour. Food taste was also very bad. Especially rice we ordered were awful.

worst hotel I would stayed in last twenty year.I m very disappointed because i always had the the impression the Bahia Fort in Bathinda is a premium hotel & property.Lack basic amenities.Bed make very disturbing noises when you take turn. Sleep disturbed.Fan make rattles noiseAC runs at 16 degree either remote or AC is at fault.Room service is below par.Could not find a place to hang our clothes Lying on chairs. No hanger wardrobe is very dirty Toiletries are highly compromised.Staff is good & very cordial Poor people has been trained say sorry for all issues but no resolution.7.40 am waiting for morning tea ordered at 6.59.no corona protocol observed by staff.

very worst service and Hotel Room quality. not satisfied. they ask to me about online booking they told why you are booked the hotel by goibibo.they charge extra to us after then when i visit the reception then the owner and receptionist told to me"Please show your Booking vaoucher...they did not believed on any costumer....Everh were mosqitos...AC does not work properly...Not clean...I personally trash from hotel service and not recommended for this hoteldont stay here, please..

Bahia fort , this place was once the formal home of the family of army of patiala and it was made into a hotel in the year of 1980. This is one of the best place to visit in bathinda. Here the rooms are very well made. The price of this hotel is quite expensive but the service is good but bathrooms are not in good condition. Although view from this hotel is amazing. That's why I recommend you this hotel is also related to historical site.the staff of this hotel is very supportive and cooperative. Food quality is medium not so good but not so bad also some improvement is also need this hotel

Good rooms, food is good but costly, so eating outside is better, service is slow but staff is excellent. Actually, even a few years ago I had noticed that the hotel was well maintained. But now, perhaps due to lack of customers, staff has been downsized leading to the response problem. Rent is reasonable. But the hotel, being a wee little bit away from the main road, people normally go for other hotels. Sometime back I would have recommended this hotel but now I would just say, check your room for all amenities being fully functional before checking in

Rooms were not so clean

#Honestreview Service is fine, but the rules and amenities that the hotel has are ridiculous. The manager asked 1290 Rs. per night extra as we were a couple and not corporate guests and they charge extra from couples. He said it's the rule that the MD has made so technically I won't blame the staff, the hotel and the MDs rules are ridiculous and MD has scared the staff so badly that I asked that I won't stay here if I have to pay extra and the staff said it's ok, they can't do anything, it's their MDs rule. Getting trapped in the situation, I had to check in to the hotel, the rooms were nice however, the bedsheets and the blanket were already used, I asked them to change them but the answer was that they don't have extra blankets or bedsheet so after paying double the rent, I had to sleep in a dirty blanket over a dirty bedsheet. I have stayed at this hotel 5-6 times, but this time the services provided by the hotel has gone the worst. All I wud say is don't book this hotel if you are a couple guest and not their privileged corporate guests as they will not even come to clean your room at one voice, you will have to call the staff 4-5 times..
