Hotel is at best location. All important tourist places are near by and you can get public transport also easily if you don't have personal vehicle. Mr Mag Singh Bhatti helped us a lot to plan our itenary and made our stay comfortable.

Mr Mag Singh made our stay comfortable and hassle free. His suggestions helped us to plan our itenary properly. He also suggested for dessert safary in Jaishalmer which was my next destination.

Actually it's a bar. Don't go there if you are family.

I don't like the cafe very much... Its ok ok. Its a rooftop seating bar and cafe. Ambience was nice and decent but taste was not up to the mark . Service is very very poor . Order waiting time is minimum half hour. Not proper management is shown . Only 1-2 shaff were served food which result in poor and late service. Due to poor service food is uncooked and geeting cold . I ordered :- 1) dragon potato 2) pink sauce pasta 3) kadai paneer 4) dal fry 5)redbull mojito 6) mint mojito

Me and my girlfriend stayed there, as we reached there at 7 A. M in the morning and we received fast early check-in as early as can. All the hotel staff was very cooperative. Food was just awesome. We'll like to be stay there again. Open terrace restaurant and in hotel bar was the most beautiful experience I ever had.

Good place for a stay. But the hotel does not have many facilities like no hot water in my room. Poor waiters had to bring it in buckets, no mosquito repellents, needs better cleanliness, TV not functioning etc but the staff is very friendly and helpful

the deluxe rooms that we booked very large in size especially the bathroom was huge. the interior was good enough but they must improve the exterior look. the outside view won't be giving someone a good expectations. the staff were very well behaved and polite. food we're also tasty. loved the place

The Hotel is located at the centre of the city, right next to the Rai Ka Bagh Railway station. They also have a rooftop bar. The staff was surprisingly above the expectations co-operative. I would like to mention Sumer the receptionist who handled everything very well and made our stay a memorable one. We were traveling with our Dog and were not sure that if they (Hotel) were Pet Friendly. To my surprise, the Hotel staff seems very curious and concerned about my dog and they helped us with everything. Kudos to the Bachan Niwas Hotel to have such an exception staff.
