Hotel Babylon Inn - Hotel in Raipur - Raipur, India

My recent stay at Hotel Babylon Inn left me feeling really pleased with my overall experience. This hotel, tucked away in a peaceful part of Chhattisgarh, provides a delightful getaway from the bustle. I entered and was immediately greeted by a warm and inviting environment. With its elegant furnishings and cosy seating sections, the lobby emanated a charming rustic aura. I felt immediately at ease with the easy check-in procedure and the staff's professional and polite manner. The accommodation was thoughtfully constructed and well-appointed, despite not being very huge. The amenities offered were adequate for a comfortable stay, and the bed was cosy. The room service was quick and effective, and I liked how well-kept the place was.

Their plus point is location and it's close to railway station and nearby market place. I stayed there for a day and the room was quite good, spacious and fed with all amenities. But in the washroom their shower section is quite small and congested although the bathtub is really refreshing.

It's a nice place for stay and small function. It is a place where even small corporate event can be done. Though currently out is under renovation but they are managing. It is good option for stay as it is in the center of the city.

During my recent stay here, my experience was horrible. I would honestly advise against considering this place, as it seems like you'd be better off elsewhere. Several issues left me highly dissatisfied. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant odor, and there was a gas leak from the fridge. Additionally, the housekeeping staff's response time was rather delayed when we reached out to them. To make matters worse, we were compelled to vacate our room late at night, and the staff failed to communicate any alternative arrangements or offer any assistance. It left us feeling quite stranded and unsupported. Furthermore, I observed a lack of etiquette among a significant portion of the employees, which was truly disappointing. In summary, my stay here was not best by various incidents, and I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Great thing about the hotel is it is very near to railway station. One can stay here for as many days as one can. Best place to wander in city and come back to hotel. Best ambience in hotel with coperative staff. Must stay hotel.

We went for a corporate lunch, but unfortunately were served half of what we had ordered. There was absolutely no service and the person in-charge Mr. Bhalla was not interested in solving our issue but was busy chit-chatting with his staff and having his own moments of laughter! When the team leader on ground has such an unworthy presence, then how can the staff be held responsible.

I would say that other hotels of this branch are far better than this , In our room the bathtub was not good and it leaked the whole bathroom was filled with water later on when it got repaired all the white colour came out of it from inside. The breakfast didn't have many varieties too. And the quality of food was not very good . And the menu of Breakfast repeated
