The hotel is very nice. Maintained very neatly, location best. The most important thing - the staff is very kind and cooperative. The food was very delicious. Over all really good experience and value for money. Strongly recommended.

Rooms are good . The location also good. The staff was friendly and helpful,Comfortable beds.Location was easy to reach, well maintained and cleaned. Prefer for revisit. Overall nice to stay.

I had booked 10 rooms in this hotel, room service is worst, full payment was done instead of that manager alloted booked rooms to someother person. Room service person was very rude. Tasteless food with bad water quality. Water glass inside rooms was so dirty. Rooms are smell bad eventhough they won't response Whenever you complaint for the room clean-up. Three manager in this hotel talks very rude after the money paid for the rooms. Rooms AC is not working, In some rooms Ac remote is not there. If you complaint with the management they will tell you to manage somehow..this is the great service I had never seen in any hotel. If you complaint for anything such as to change bedsheet, change pillow cover, towel. They will tell to manage on your own.. ridiculous and pathetic experience. I requested you to please don't visit this hotel. In ranchi there are alot of hotel they will provide far better service as compare to this hotel.. Whatever I had experience about this hotel I had given my review. I had booked this hotel rooms because of the engagement purpose..total waste hotel in whole ranchi..
