Hotel B Plus L - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

During my check-in, the front desk person was remarkably good and humble, handling everything with a delightful smile. However, in the evening, when my friend came to meet me, Mr. Bhuvan at the front desk displayed a shocking level of rudeness and arrogance, denying entry without a valid reason. When questioned about this abrupt behavior, Mr. Bhuvan failed to provide any reasonable explanation and even went as far as suggesting I check out if I had an issue. This insensitive response was deeply disappointing, and it raises serious concerns about the quality of service at this hotel. As a loyal guest who has visited Hyderabad twice a year for the past three years, I am appalled by this incident and seriously reconsidering my choice of staying here in the future. It's disheartening to witness such unprofessionalism, and I question the management's decision to allow someone with such an attitude to represent the front desk. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated.

Excellent location, incredibly nice, clean rooms, but the employees really make this a great place to stay. All of the individuals are wonderfully helpful and kind with their time and suggestions. Decor that is straightforward, refined, and sophisticated with crisp lines. Nice bedding, very comfortable beds, and a lovely, powerful shower. It is a lovely touch that there are several various lighting options that make it simple to alter the tone of the space. Apartment that is very convenient, stylish, and modern. Nice view, near proximity to the town, and a convenience store right next door.

I stayed at this hotel for over two weeks and here's my detailed review. The rooms are somewhat spacious, they could be bigger as half of the space was given to the bathrooms. This makes the bathrooms bigger and very much comfortable to use. The interior colours and lighting are very modern yet very difficult for prolonged use during the evening-night hours as its all yellow-orange. Some rooms have an additional balcony which is nice and you can spot them from outside the hotel as well. The cabinet to keep your suitcase is troublesom because of the rack where the safe is kept and it will often hurt your head/face when you go in there to search your suitcase. There is a handy desk and 2 different chairs for your needs. Although the room needs a bit more space if there are 2-3 people in the room and a sofa to add to it. This will make it more comfortable. The lobby and hotel interiors are very much boutique and unique in nature. There is a well-equipped gym on the top floor and two lifts. The staff are well-mannered and courteous. The food on offer is good and timely delivered though its a bit too costly. There is a somewhat private street for parking cars and an underground space for parking your bikes. The location is prime, its close to the Sarath mall, Google offices and the mindspace junction from the back road.

The premium room is small for the price they charge(only 180sft). Opt for studio room if money is not a concern The bathroom floor is slightly slippery, be aware Needed to call room service for sanitary kits for additional guests but the service is good Wi-Fi speed is low (10mbps) our phones are faster TV should have more channels subscribed

Exceptional Birthday Celebration at Hotel B+L! We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Hotel B+L, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Mr.Abhay and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodative and helpful throughout. Their service to all our requests was top-notch. The food served was truly exceptional. We are overwhelmed with the response from our guests. Our experience at Hotel B+L was beyond our expectations. They made our daughter's birthday celebration memorable in every way. A big thank you to Mr. Abhay and the entire team at Hotel B+L for making this celebration so memorable. We will cherish these memories forever.

The service has been excellent, most things were done on time and the staff were very welcoming and courteous in my 2 month long stay. House keeping leader Dev has served us very well during our stay. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.
