Room amenities are great to stay. House keeping and room service are always ready to help you. Top of that excellent food quality. Awaas Corporate Inn is situated opposite of Big Bazaar in Exhibition Road & is at a distance of 1.5 kms from Hanuman Mandir(rickshaw charges Rs.35). I booked an A.C Double room for Rs.870 during IPL goCash fest & the hotel manager upgraded it to Semi-Deluxe for free. Room Size is decend for 2-3 people with lots of windows in case you want to switch-off a/c and have fresh air. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own but it has an in-house kitchen which serves really tasty food in the room at a decend price. There is no lift in the hotel & reception is at the first floor which is confusing for first timers.

Very happy with room. Clean, great shower, comfy bed and very polite and helpful folks. Nice location too. Would certainly stay again.

Small rooms, bit congested and informal service. Mishra ji the owner is however is approachable and shall personally help with any service related issues. Location is quite Near to the Patna Junction on the exhibition road and opposite to the big bazar. The places are clean and tidy.

Had to stay because of official compulsions. Food is great but the building and ambience is quite spooky. Basically an old building converted to a hotel. Two star is for the food.

The property is very comfortable, staffs are good & well behaved. Good place to stay
