Stayed at this hotel. A simple, no frills hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The food at their in house restaurant is extremely delicious and does give one a very homely feeling. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only issue was their internet connection and hot water supply which they need to look into.
For everything you have to call twice or thrice, I asked for in room service water they sent after 2 calls, asked for Iron for making clothes, even after calling twice they didn't send. Also I don't know whom they have kept in reception, suddenly in the evening I got a call and the receptionist told me that my room is upgraded, I took all my luggage and belonging to that room and then he told sir it was a mistake and there is a miscommunication. I mean what, why, how? I could have created a scene but just let it go.
Very good experience, breakfast was very good.. service was good. I will recommend this hotel for stays.. we asked few things for child and they managed everything very quickly..thanks
Nice rooms. Good staff. Md Ghiyas is quite impressive. Only issue was the hot water supply.

I visited along with my family for two days.
LOCATION:
It's located on an internal lane about 200 meters from main road.
Rooms are spacious and maintained though bathroom quality should be kept in check.
PARKING: could be tricky. As the hotel is situated on a turn, very limited parking is available.
SERVICE: Room service is average. Needed to make repetitive requests to the staff for one item.
RECEPTION: Seems like nee staff is there. Need to properly train the young blood for hotel management etiquettes. Most of them seems clueless regarding the queries/ requirements.
KITCHEN and FOOD:
A MAJOR SETBACK FOR THE HOTEL.
A two year old menu os lying around many of listed items are not available.
Tandoor is not available at hotel then Tandoor items shouldn't be listed.
We have ordered veg Kabab, Egg Fried rice and Paneer chilly which was requested by kitchen staff only. Food was blend. Doesn't cooked well.
A lot of improvisation abd planning is required as far as kitchen is concerned.
Overall its a budget hotel, Don't expect too much.

I think this would be the best affordable place to stay in Cidco area. I liked the staff & rooms, very helpful. The only reason I'm giving 3 star coz of location.
