Good place for a short stay near commercial zones. Rooms have different categories and one must check the room before accepting allotment.

Totally Bakwas room was not proper. Any time Policy are change with seeing any details or gentility and totally unprofessionally behaviour and in night time staff meet in drink conditions. Totally Horrible Experiance and not safe also. Advise to avoid this property.

hotel was clean. rooms were good and ac was proper. bathroom and commode were clean and good to use. tv was working with channels. overall a good stay. but couple of minor things caused problems so i have rated it 3 star. issues faced are (1) wall socket of tv plug was hanging outside. risk of getting electric shock. (2) room landline phone was not working. they asked me to dial landline number for room service from my own phone. (3) bathroom exhaust fan was not working. (4) some listed simple food items in menu were not available (5) area outside the hotel was unclean. stairs were filled with garbage and gutkha stains all over. lift was in bad condition (6) room had to be kept locked from inside handle else room service people will directly come in without ringing bell when some room service is called for. (7) ceiling fan was noisy.might be these issues were just in my room.

One of the worst hotel I ever seen... The guy on reception is so rude... He don't know how to behave with Clint's... Rooms are very very dirty... Its a couple friendly hotel so they thik who ever comes over there are needed ones so they charge according and behave like they own the customer... They also try to cheat in time for the room with call in room and ask to vacate the room just because they allot room to other customers same time... Eventually there is no one.. They just make you fool so you leave the room... Finally never ever go there. Worse of the worse

I spent 1 week here and the quality of service is fair and the room is ok. Only breakfast is complimentary and other services are to be paid for, like laundry, lunch, dinner, etc. the only main benefit is that all the transportation services are available at any time. And there are a lot of restaurants and cafes there at reasonable prices.

Very nice hotel. Room is neat and clean .....and also hotel staff was helpful...
