Very nice and clean, comfortable. The restaurant food on the ground floor is fantastic. Service in restaurant is slow but very good during our visit. Room service is great. Had an excellent rest and felt recharged during our trip.

Today, I had the pleasure of dining in at this restaurant for lunch. The ambiance was delightful, and the food tasted amazing. However, I must share that I experienced some challenges with the staff's behavior. Although the wait for my order of chicken fried rice was a bit longer than expected, the real issue arose when I requested additional ketchup, which was not delivered despite multiple reminders. The staff seemed preoccupied with serving other tables and overlooked my request. I believe the management should address these concerns promptly to enhance the overall dining experience.

It's relatively a new hotel. So it is still in good condition. However, considering their level of maintenance and cleaning, this property will probably turn out to be any other property with lack of maintenance. I'm stating this coz of the bathroom status. The floor and wall tiles have not been cleaned. Sad coz it's really a good property and new. Management should consider providing better cleaning equipments, tools and materials to the cleaning staff and maybe provide them with better training on how to clean. Otherwise the bathroom conditions are going to be pretty bad one year or more down the line. So far, it's a good hotel with ample parking space. We didn't have food, just butter milk, so cannot comment about their food.

Really very good place to have food with different varieties. The location is next to mayiladhuthorai bus stop. Neat and clean with ambience lighting. Taste is also good . Overall experience was superb.

The hotel was very accessible, just a few meters away from the bus stop and less than 3km from the railway station. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The restaurant had a great ambiance with good food in terms of taste and quantity.

The stay was good. Overall room and service good. Only scope of improvement was their resturant food. I would say the hotel was good for a family. We have a 1 year kid so it was a comfortable stay here

Stayed on 29th August for a day costing 3800/- and breakfast is very poor and tasteless. No discount was offered on room rent as assured over phone. Bathroom toiletries are changed after complaining. Written remarks on complaint note book. Same remarek appeared for that room previous day. Lot to improve

Food is too bad , Ordered Madurai Mutton Curry Dosa and got a normal egg Dosa with few mutton pieces placed on top of it like a masala for Mysore masala Dosa. Don't name a dish like this and cook something else. On top of all this received sambar and coconut chutney for Mutton Dosa, Who eats Mutton dipped with coconut chutney, Chef and the staff should have some sense. Absolute disappointment!
