WORST EXPERIENCE. Everything was broken inside the room like walls lamps switches etc. Staff was okay but the manager's behaviour was the worst. I booked for rs. 900 something through agoda and by the time of check-in that manager in the front desk said they don't have a tie up with Agoda. They charged me a "discounted rate" of 1800Rs. In that price range go for 'Kzar corporate hotel'. In short PLEASE DON'T GO.

Staff are not nice... If time exceeds a little they start behaving rudely.... Overall location is better and sevice is not so proper..... Prices are High...

A decent budget hotel of the last. Corona has ruined the business as the hotel has changed hands. The maintenance is bad with toilets leaking. Doubt if I would stay here again.

This hotel was strange but the staff did try their best . They kept calling the room asking us if we need something or brought us tea and papers . I think they had lots of time on their hands !. If you like lots of attention it is a very good hotel , but if you need solitude then maybe not. Room was adequate , but did not feel like a super deluxe room . Area outside hotel has lots of homeless people , however they were no trouble at all . The staff were very good and tried to help the best they could , although they were shouting until 2am one evening . All in all an average hotel , in central location 2 minutes from metro , with nice staff .

Great Hotel for the family visits . Really i had a great experience , food was just awesome , Room has all the facilities. It is located in one of the prime locations of kolkata . Also the Hotel was very much good in terms of rate. I recommend it for family travelers as it is situated near Medical College Gate 6 so it very easy for a parent to stay near child

Hotel is a centrally located property. We travelled here for official work, two days in deluxe room& one day AC non attached bathroom room, place of work was just opposite to hotel that's why we stayed here. Frankly I don't find this value for money, old property without any ambience. AC non attached bathroom room isn't advisable(room with seperate designated toilets outside), at this price one would surely find a good budget hotel in Kolkata. Hotel staff was good, room service fine, food negotiable(to my north indian taste).

Stayed here just for a day. Hotel location is excellent. Staff is polite n helpful. Food is good. Rooms are not furnished in a very modern way but are clean. Could have charged lesser. But all in all recommended for a short stay even if u r travelling with family.

Hotel is at gooe location. Easy to reach from babughat bus stand. Hotel staff are well behaved and polite. Rooms are very neat and clean including the sanitary. Food is of reasonable cost. Only thing that is little akward is the room size. Its ok if you are a solo traveller.
