I wish I had a zero star to give them.. In simple words 'pathetic'
They do not have clean rooms and bathrooms are super dirty without geysers.. When u ask for cancellation, they start fighting bcoz they don't have a cancellation rule.. The staff is ill-mannered, rude, unprofessional.. I would highly deny considering this hotel. Better not spoil your Taj Mahal memories. In fact, drive 7-8 kms away from Taj and you can get great hotels at same price range.. I have had a tough time with them.. God forbid others..
Also, something very important, don't get lured by the rickshaw drivers as they fool u and take to hotels where they get a good cut on commission.. One of ours did the same and we fell prey in his hands.. Better to stick to your decision.

Extremely I'll mannered staff, when I enquired about a room service that I needed in the morning before leaving the staff disrespected me and starting saying that morning staff is different we ain't responsible.
Rooms smelled horrible.
It is situated in a wicked place.
Taxi drivers bring you there for commission.
They very cleverly refused to give us bill citing that the bargain done before getting the room made us remove GST and give you a low price. If you want bill pay a high amount, that was allegedly GST. Even after a lot of discussion they didn't give us the bill.
Staff bought something to eat and added the bill in our papers and when asked gave such a passive reply. The guy who ordered was there otherwise I think they would have charged us for that as well.
They do not provide any kind of extras, pillowcases or dustbins. The condition of the room is also very poor and the water tap is also not good. Also their staff very rudely behaved for us
I don't recommend this hotel to any tourist. it dirty full of mosquitos... poor service check Inn includes bed and breakfast but in check out they charge etc
Worst place to stay, food is pathetic and horrible actually pathetic and horrible are understatement, staffs talk like rowdies, the reception people asks for extra money while checking out, rooms are stinky, google photos are very deceiving dont follow those, bathroom and bedroom are full with cockroaches, AC barely works, the blanket and bedsheets are like they are not washed since decades, staffs are always looking for a chance to get something extra out of the customers.
Worst experience ever in India. Taxi driver take you there and receives commission from them.

During breakfast I really appreciated the executive chef's interaction with guests and it was crowded but they really took care of us. The service staff was also good. The buffet spread was nice , waffles were amazing.

We had a great stay at Sunita homestay. The room was big, simple, comfortable and very clean. We had a balcony and from there you can see the Taj Mahal. We had breakfast and dinner and it was fantastic. The best Paratha we had so far.
